Salary: £60,000 Location: West London Sector: Soft Facilities Management Contract: Multi-Site The Opportunity We are currently recruiting for an experienced Contract Manager to oversee a multi-site soft facilities management contract across London. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced FM professional with a strong background in soft services, who enjoys managing multiple sites and is confident leading teams, managing clients and delivering consistently high service standards. Key Responsibilities Manage the successful delivery of a multi-site soft FM contract across London. Act as the primary point of contact for the client and key stakeholders. Oversee the delivery of cleaning, security, catering, front-of-house and other soft services. Lead and manage operational teams across multiple sites. Manage subcontractors and service partners to ensure high standards of delivery. Monitor performance against KPIs, SLAs and contractual requirements. Conduct regular site visits to ensure service standards and compliance are maintained. Manage contract budgets, expenditure, procurement and financial performance. Review supplier performance and implement corrective action where required. Manage client meetings, performance reviews and regular reporting. Identify opportunities to improve service delivery, efficiency and customer satisfaction. Manage operational issues and ensure appropriate health & safety and compliance standards are maintained. Support recruitment, training, development and performance management of site teams. Build strong, long-term relationships with clients and key stakeholders. Identify opportunities for additional services and contract growth. About You Proven experience as a Contract Manager within Soft FM. Strong background in cleaning, security, catering, front-of-house or wider soft services. Experience managing multi-site contracts. Proven experience leading and managing operational teams. Strong client and stakeholder management skills. Commercially aware, with experience managing budgets and financial performance. Experience managing subcontractors and suppliers. Strong understanding of service delivery, KPIs and SLAs. Excellent organisational and communication skills. Comfortable travelling between multiple sites across London. A proactive, hands-on approach with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
