Claims Handler
at Merlin Insurance BrokersCompany Description Merlin Insurance Brokers is an owner-run, independent commercial insurance firm that focuses on the built environment, from concept to completed asset. The company combines traditional broking principles with specialist teams in property, construction, and consultancy, offering best-in-class sector knowledge and experience. Based in the heart of the City of London, Merlin provides market reach comparable to large international brokers while maintaining a highly personal, expert-led service. The role involves documenting claims accurately, maintaining comprehensive records, and identifying patterns or emerging risks to support broader claims management strategies. The Claims Handler will also contribute to continuous improvement of claims procedures and collaborate closely with broking and account management teams to deliver a consistent, high-quality client experience.
