Your new role As Quantity Surveyor, you will take commercial responsibility for a range of M&E projects from pre-construction through to final account. Duties will include:

• Managing project costs and commercial performance
• Producing valuations, variations and final accounts
• Subcontract procurement and management
• Cost forecasting and reporting
• Identifying commercial risks and opportunities
• Supporting operational teams to maximise project profitability
• Building strong relationships with clients and supply chain partners What you'll need to succeed
• Experience working as a Quantity Surveyor within construction, M&E, building services or a related sector
• Strong commercial awareness and contract knowledge
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Effective communication and negotiation skills
• Ambitious and motivated approach to career development
