Regional IT Support Engineer

• Providing first and second-line IT support.
• Managing hardware, software and user access requests.
• Supporting Microsoft 365 environments.
• Assisting with device deployment and maintenance.
• Troubleshooting technical issues across multiple offices.
• Supporting IT projects and infrastructure improvements.
• Maintaining documentation and support processes. Essential Skills
• Experience within an IT support or helpdesk environment.
• Knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Windows platforms.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving capability.
• Experience supporting end users in a professional environment.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Full UK driving licence desirable.
