• Location: Watford, Hertfordshire
• Package: £50,000 per annum, plus benefits including profit share, pension, private healthcare, and more

• What You'll Be Doing:
• Collaborate directly with business teams to understand their workflows and capture requirements using AI transcription tools.
• Design and map current processes, then reimagine them with smarter, faster solutions.
• Develop and deploy apps, automations, and integrations across Microsoft and other platforms, using AI-powered coding tools.
• Work hand-in-hand with users to iterate quickly and ensure solutions truly meet their needs.
• Maintain project documentation and manage code via GitHub, ensuring smooth delivery and continuous improvement. Main Skills Needed:
• Proven experience coding in modern languages like Python, JavaScript, or TypeScript.
• Confident in using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or GitHub Copilot daily.
• Good understanding of SQL, data handling, and version control (Git & GitHub).
• Comfortable working with project management tools such as Jira and Confluence.
