Senior Solutions Engineer

Senior AI Solutions Engineer | London/Hybrid | Up to £120,000 We're working with a growing technology business looking for a Senior AI Solutions Engineer to help shape how AI is adopted across the organisation and build solutions that deliver measurable business value. This is a hybrid role combining software engineering, product management and AI solutions delivery. You'll work across business functions to identify opportunities for AI, build and deploy automations, and contribute to customer-facing discovery and prototyping. As an early hire in this function, you'll have the opportunity to shape the company's approach to AI, establish best practices and influence how teams work as the business continues to scale. Stack: Python, TypeScript, LLM APIs, AI Agents, n8n, Zapier, Workato, REST APIs What do you need?

• A combination of software engineering and product management experience, or a background in Product Engineering or Solutions/Consulting Engineering
• Hands-on experience building and deploying AI-powered solutions from discovery through to production
• Strong Python and TypeScript skills, alongside experience with LLM APIs and workflow automation tools
• Experience integrating SaaS platforms and automating complex business processes What do you get?
