• Coordinate the delivery of digital content across multiple markets and platforms
• Maintain accurate data within internal systems
• Track deadlines and ensure content is delivered on time
• Liaise with internal teams and external partners
• Support quality standards and workflow improvements
• Assist with team training and cross-team collaboration

• Strong administration or coordination experience
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
• Able to prioritise effectively in a deadline-driven environment
• Confident using systems and managing data
• Proactive, solutions-focused, and a strong communicator
• Experience within media, content operations, broadcasting, or digital delivery is advantageous
