Continuous Improvement Manager

- Experience in Continuous Improvement, Lean Manufacturing or Operational Excellence within a manufacturing environment.
- Proven experience delivering process improvement projects that increase productivity, reduce waste and improve operational efficiency.
- Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Kaizen, 5S, SMED and Value Stream Mapping.
- Experience analysing manufacturing KPIs, production performance, downtime and operational inefficiencies.
- Ability to identify root causes and implement improvements using 5 Why, 8D, PDCA or DMAIC methodologies.
- Experience leading improvement projects and influencing production teams, management and senior stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, production efficiency and cost reduction.
- Experience supporting change management and embedding continuous improvement across multiple departments.
