Technical Product Specialist 💰 Up to £50,000 📍 Remote UK, with monthly visits to their Surrey office Here at Burns Sheehan, we are working with a growing technology business that's looking for a Technical Product Specialist to join its Product team. Reporting into the Head of Product, this is a great opportunity for someone coming from a Technical Support, Solutions Engineering, Pre-Sales or Integrations background who wants to take a step closer to Product Management. Sitting between Product, Engineering and Customer Success, you'll take ownership of technical investigations, support customer integrations and help shape how product improvements are prioritised and delivered. What they're looking for:

• Experience in a customer-facing technical role within a B2B technology environment
• Good understanding of REST APIs, integrations and technical troubleshooting
• Confidence working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Someone proactive, organised and comfortable taking ownership of problems through to resolution You won't be expected to write code, but you'll need to be technically curious and comfortable getting into the detail. This role is a particularly interesting opportunity for someone looking to move beyond traditional technical support into a role with greater ownership, exposure to Product and genuine career progression.
