We're looking for an ambitious Category Manager to help shape the category agenda with some of the UK's biggest grocery retailers. This is an opportunity to make a real commercial impact, using data, insight and creativity to influence customer decisions, unlock growth opportunities and drive category performance. What you'll be doing:

• Building strong customer relationships and becoming a trusted category partner
• Influencing range reviews, space, distribution, displays and promotions
• Turning shopper and market data into compelling commercial recommendations
• Shaping category vision and developing customer-specific growth strategies
• Partnering with Sales, Marketing and Brand teams to deliver results
• Leading shopper marketing activity, managing budgets and driving continuous improvement What we're looking for:
• 2+ years' Category Management experience within FMCG
• A strong understanding of the UK grocery retail market
• Excellent analytical, storytelling and presentation skills
• The confidence to influence, challenge and bring people with you
