Amazon Lead Developer Location: Havant, UK Work Mode: Hybrid – 2–3 Days/Week in Office Engagement: Contract Role Overview We are looking for an experienced Amazon Connect Lead Developer to lead contact centre development, design and deployment. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on expertise in Amazon Connect, AWS Lambda, Node.js and Amazon Lex, with end-to-end ownership of development tasks. Must-Have Skills
- Amazon Connect – Instance Setup & Configuration
- AWS Lambda – JavaScript Integration
- Node.js Development
- Amazon Lex – Bot Deployment & Integration
- Contact Flow & IVR Design
- Inbound / Outbound Call Routing
- API Integrations Key Responsibilities
- Lead Amazon Connect development and implementation
- Own user stories end to end, from design through deployment
- Design and configure contact flows, IVR and routing
- Integrate AWS Lambda and Amazon Lex with Amazon Connect
- Develop and maintain backend integrations and APIs
- Troubleshoot issues and ensure reliable deployments Good to Have
- Terraform – Infrastructure as Code
- TypeScript
- GitHub Version Control
- AWS DynamoDB
