About The Role Lead complex cross-functional initiatives from initial definition to delivery across product, engineering, markets, and operations. What you'll do

• Turn strategic priorities into clear plans, owners, milestones, and measurable outcomes.
• Coordinate delivery across technical and commercial teams while managing dependencies and risk.
• Create lightweight operating rhythms that keep decisions and execution moving quickly.
• Communicate project status, tradeoffs, and blockers clearly to stakeholders and leadership. What we're looking for

• Excellent organization, written communication, and stakeholder management skills.
