Simulation Engineering Manager

About The Role Lead the team responsible for the quality, pace, and operational health of our production simulation platform. What you'll do

• Set technical direction and execution priorities for simulation engineering.
• Coach engineers, design team structure, and maintain a high bar for hiring and feedback.
• Own reliability, performance, observability, and delivery across the simulation stack.
• Coordinate closely with research and product teams on roadmap and architecture. What we're looking for
• Experience managing a high-performing software or machine-learning engineering team.
• Strong technical depth in distributed systems, ML infrastructure, or simulation platforms.
• A record of shipping complex production systems while improving team effectiveness.
