  • Support security, audit, compliance, vulnerability remediation, RFI/RFP activities, technical evaluations, and operational readiness reviews.

  • Drive automation, monitoring improvements, modernization initiatives, and knowledge sharing.

  • Participate in 24x7 production support and critical incident escalation activities.

What you will bring

  • Strong experience supporting enterprise applications and digital platforms.

  • Hands-on expertise in WebLogic, JBoss, Tomcat, Apache, OpenShift, Java, SQL, Linux, JMS/MQ, and LDAP.

  • Experience with WebCenter Sites (WCS), ForgeRock CIAM, SSO, and enterprise integrations.

  • Knowledge of payment gateways, billing systems, messaging platforms, and digital customer journeys.

  • Strong troubleshooting skills across JVM, logs, heap/thread dumps, SQL, network traces, and application performance.

  • Understanding of APIGEE, SOAP/REST services, React, Next.js, Node.js, and TIBCO.

  • Strong Linux command-line and shell scripting skills.

  • Experience with Incident, Problem, and Change Management.

  • Experience managing deployments, migrations, patching, and application upgrades.

  • Knowledge of PCI DSS, SOX, VAPT, SAST/DAST, security vulnerabilities, and audit requirements.
