Ericsson Security Manager (ESM) delivers cutting-edge security orchestration and analytics, essential for secure 5G and Telco Core networks. As part of our Security Solutions unit, you'll help deploy and operate AI/ML-based next-generation cybersecurity management and assurance systems.

What you will do:

• Act as a customer-facing SPOC, covering both integration and architecture aspects.
• Analyze requirements and design secure ESM solutions across Bare Metal, Cloud, and IP environments.
• Perform installations, troubleshooting, incident handling, and service request management.
• Support presales activities and deliver solution demos.
• Collaborate with development and project teams to improve efficiency and system performance.
• Drive continuous improvements in products, processes, and documentation.

The skills you bring:

• Customer-oriented mindset with strong communication skills.
• Experience in Security Domains (Telecom, IoT, ICT Security).
• Knowledge of Cloud-Native principles (Docker, Kubernetes, microservices).
• Linux and virtualization expertise (KVM, Helm, OCP, VMware Tanzu).
• Scripting and API skills (Python, Shell, Ansible, REST).
• BSc/MSc in IT or equivalent experience.
• Willingness to travel and adapt to different time zones.

Experience: 5 - 10 Years

Nice to Have

• CI/CD and DevOps experience (Jenkins, GitLab, GitHub).
• Test automation tools knowledge (e.g., Robot Framework).
• Relevant certifications (CISSP, CISM, CEH, OSCP, etc.).
• Previous SOC or multi-vendor network experience.
