Graduate Programme
at Scrums.com UK Skilled Worker EmployerScrums.com is looking for its 2026 graduate cohort - and this isn't a rotational programme where you sit on the sidelines. You'll step straight into real ownership across our Run, Grow, and Product Management functions, working on problems that actually matter to the business from week one. This programme is built for high-agency, early-career talent who can pick up new tools fast. We're not hiring for years of domain experience - we're hiring for learning speed and AI-first working habits. If you've grown up thinking of AI tools as a natural extension of how work gets done (not a bolt-on to legacy processes), this is your environment. You'll get hands-on, daily experience with modern AI tooling - Claude, Devin, and similar - as a core part of how you operate, not a side experiment. No legacy habits to unlearn, no "that's not how we've always done it" - just a clean slate to build genuinely AI-native ways of working. This is a strong fit for a recent graduate or bootcamp alum who wants outsized ownership early in their career, and who wants to help define what AI-first operating looks like rather than just adapt to it.Why JoinReal ownership, not busywork - from day one, you'll own outcomes across Run, Grow, or Product Management, not just support themAI-native from the start - work daily with tools like Claude and Devin as your default way of operating, not a noveltyNo legacy baggage - build modern habits unencumbered by "the way things have always been done"Fast-track growth - a steep learning curve, high trust, and the chance to prove outsized impact earlyA seat at the table - be part of shaping what AI-first process orchestration looks like at a fast-moving company
Responsibilities
- Execute rapidly across Run, Grow, or Product Management workstreams, using AI tools in place of legacy manual processes
- Take full end-to-end ownership of tasks and projects, with minimal ramp-up and hand-holding
- Adapt quickly to new tools, systems, and processes - bringing curiosity rather than preconceived operational habits
- Identify opportunities to apply AI tooling to streamline or automate existing workflows
- Learn continuously on the job, treating every task as a chance to build both domain knowledge and AI fluency
Experience and education
- Early career or recent graduate - ideally from high-agency talent pipelines or bootcamps such as Hyperion
- Assessed primarily on learning agility and educational background, rather than traditional years-of-experience domain expertise
- Demonstrated comfort with AI tools such as Claude and Devin, or similar - you don't need to be an expert, but you should already think in terms of "how can AI help me do this faster/better"
- A genuine passion for AI, technology, and process orchestration - you're excited by the idea of building better systems, not just following existing ones
