We're hiring two Visual Designers with real craft and real range: a scroll-stopping ad on Monday, a brand system on Thursday. THE ROLE Design runs through everything we make: paid ad creative, landing pages, brand identities, campaign assets and pitch decks. You'll be a hands-on designer working with Senior Designers, Art Directors, Creative Strategists and Copywriters, taking ideas from concept to final at the pace modern growth marketing demands. WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Design paid social creative at volume: static, motion and video built to perform on Meta, TikTok and YouTube
• Design landing pages, campaign assets, pitch decks and email
• Contribute to brand identities and visual systems that scale across formats
• Build mood boards, style frames and references that give the team clear direction
• Use AI image and video tools in real production, not just experiments
• Present your work with confidence and take feedback without losing the idea WHO YOU ARE
• 3-5 years in design at an agency, studio or brand
• A portfolio with craft and range across brand, digital, campaign and performance
• Strong fundamentals: type, layout, colour and hierarchy
• Fluent in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, with some motion in After Effects or similar
• Fast without being sloppy
