Program Manager

Employee Experience Program Manager 3 Month Rolling Contract Paddington (2 days per week in office) £700 Per Day inside via Umbrella (inside IR35) Your Responsibilities:

• Lead the operationalisation of Employee Experience Framework and Methodology, embedding consistent assessment, design and governance approaches across HR and key business stakeholders.
• Develop and manage an EX roadmap, aligning priorities, dependencies and improvement activity across existing People, Transformation and business programmes.
• Establish governance, reporting and prioritisation processes to ensure EX improvements are delivered through existing roadmaps, ownership structures and decision forums. Who we're looking for:
• Proven experience in Employee Experience, Employee Engagement, HR Transformation and/or Customer Experience, with a strong understanding of employee journeys and lifecycle design.
• Expertise in transformation governance, stakeholder management, and bringing together a clear vision across multiple workstreams.
• Experience engaging with senior stakeholders across multiple functions and geographies
