Senior Data Architect

We're Hiring: Senior Data Architect | SAP Business Data Cloud & Databricks 📍 Location: Leeds, UK | Hybrid 📄 Contract: Contract inside IR 35/ Fixed term contract ⏳ Duration: Initial 8 weeks, with potential extensions We're looking for an experienced Senior Data Architect to lead the architecture and design of a strategic data transformation pilot, migrating analytics integrations from SAP Data Intelligence (SAP DI) to SAP Business Data Cloud (SAP BDC) and integrating with a modern Databricks-based analytics platform. What we're looking for: ✅ Strong Data/Solution Architecture experience ✅ Expertise in SAP data ecosystems and SAP integration architecture ✅ Experience with SAP BDC and/or SAP Data Intelligence highly desirable ✅ Strong Databricks, Data Lakehouse & Medallion Architecture knowledge ✅ Enterprise data modelling and large-scale data integration experience ✅ Understanding of APIs, ingestion frameworks and event-driven architectures ✅ Strong knowledge of data governance, security, privacy and compliance ✅ Ability to lead architecture decisions and engage with senior technical and business stakeholders This is a great opportunity for a hands-on architect who can bridge SAP and modern cloud analytics platforms and shape the future-state architecture of a strategic transformation programme. 📩 Interested?
