Work directly with the Group General Counsel in a broad corporate and commercial role covering M&A, transactions, commercial contracts and governance work. This 12-month FTC would suit a private practice trained lawyer looking for a varied in-house position with strong stakeholder exposure and a genuine breadth of work. Key requirements:
- Qualified solicitor with 5+ years' PQE
- Corporate and commercial experience
- Private practice background
- Experience advising on transactions, M&A and commercial agreements Immediate start Hybrid role central London
