We're recruiting a Cleaning Supervisor / Team Leader to take ownership of the cleaning operation at a retail store in Blackpole. You'll lead and support a small cleaning team, making sure the store is cleaned to a consistently high standard while helping out on the cleaning side when needed. You don't necessarily need to have held the exact job title of Cleaning Supervisor. We're Interested In People With Experience Such As Cleaner / Senior Cleaner Cleaning Team Leader Cleaning Supervisor or Manager Housekeeping Supervisor Retail Supervisor Hospitality Team Leader Facilities or Soft Services Supervisor Logistics / Warehouse Team Leader If you've been responsible for people, rotas, standards or day-to-day operations and you're comfortable being hands-on, we'd like to hear from you. You'll need to be reliable, organised and comfortable starting at 5am, with the ability to lead a team and communicate confidently with store management. What will you be doing?
