Job Details Job Title: Warehouse Cleaner Location: Newcastle Work Pattern: Part time, 23hrs per week. Work Timing: Mon to Thurs 12.00pm - 5pm and Sunday 10am - 1pm Summary of Role We are seeking a dependable and proactive Facilities Support Operative to support the smooth day-to-day running of site operations. This role is responsible for completing routine facility support activities, maintaining accurate records, ensuring work is completed in line with established procedures, and contributing to a safe, compliant, and efficient working environment. Responsibilities

• Follow established procedures and checklists to complete assigned tasks consistently and accurately.
• Maintain accurate logs and records to ensure traceability and compliance.
• Verify completed work and identify any errors or issues requiring correction.
• Escalate non-standard issues promptly, providing clear and accurate information.
• Support routine facility operations to help maintain a safe and efficient workplace.
• Carry out cleaning and housekeeping duties in line with company standards.
• Participate in training to develop knowledge of processes, systems, and compliance requirements.
• Adhere to health, safety, quality, and operational policies at all times. Skills and Knowledge
• Good attention to detail and accuracy when completing tasks and records.

• Supportive and collaborative working environment. High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience required. Less than 2 years of experience in facilities maintenance, equipment maintenance, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, or a related field required. Certification in maintenance, technical operations, or equipment handling, or equivalent preferred.
