Documentation Department Head

We are an international executive search and consulting firm. Our client is looking for a Department Head of Data Processing. It is not an IT role.  Responsibilities  

• Lead the department to process large volumes of customer data.
• Ensure timely submission of customer data from both digital and non-digital sources.
• Ensure customer data is accurately processed and reported.
• Work closely with related departments such as Marketing and IT regarding data collection and processing.   Requirements  
• University graduate in Business Management, IT, or related disciplines.
• Good IT knowledge advantageous but IT background not required.
• Minimum 8-10 years' experience having handled large volume of customer data from industries such as banks, insurance, telecommunications, etc. 
• Analytical and detail minded.
• Good time management and can work under tight deadlines.
• Able to lead a large team.
• Able to collaborate amicably with other departments.   The salary package is HK$60,000 per month plus an attractive discretionary bonus.
