Managing Director Care Home Operations Director - UK

Brilliant Holding is seeking an experienced, hands-on healthcare operator to lead a portfolio of residential and nursing care homes in the UK. We are looking for a commercially minded leader with:

• Proven experience managing multiple care homes
• Nominated Individual, or the ability to undertake this responsibility
• Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and regulatory compliance
• A successful track record in operational turnarounds
• Experience improving occupancy, profitability and quality of care
• The ability to lead existing home managers and build a lean, effective operational structure This senior executive position offers significant operational autonomy, direct reporting to the investor, and a competitive remuneration package with performance-based incentives.
