Internal Telesales Executive (Branch Based) £30,000 - £35,000 + Performance Related Bonus + Progression + Training + Employee Discount + On-Site Parking + Company Benefits Sleaford Are you an experienced branch salesperson looking to take the next step in your career by leading an established internal sales team and taking ownership of sales performance within a busy branch? Do you have knowledge of the inner working of a wholesale branch combined with the commercial awareness and leadership skills to drive sales, margins and customer retention? The company are an established electrical wholesale business supplying electrical products and solutions to trade customers, contractors and commercial clients. Working closely with the Branch Manager and wider team, you will have the opportunity to lead an established sales team, develop customer relationships and identify new opportunities across the local market. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced electrical wholesale professional who enjoys being hands-on and wants to take genuine ownership of a sales function. The Role:

• Lead, motivate and develop the internal sales team
• Set clear sales targets and monitor individual and team performance against KPIs
• Drive sales revenue, gross margins and customer retention
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and suppliers
• Handle customer enquiries, quotations and sales opportunities
• Identify opportunities to increase sales through upselling and cross-selling The Person:
