FP&A Manager

FP&A Manager for high growth PE-backed platform in the Energy and Infrastructure sector. Responsible for managing the FP&A activities of the company. Working closely with senior management to understand long term profitability & develop better systems & processes to understand the business growth. Remit:

• Assist in all aspects of financial planning, forecasting, and analytics, including annual planning, P&L forecast, cash flow forecasts, and central department budgets.
• Support the financial assessment of new initiatives.
• Support the annual 1-2 year forecast process for regulators and lenders.
• Support the quarterly forecasting of the operational LT business models. Requirements:
• Qualified Accountant (ACA ideally, ACCA acceptable).
• Experience in Top 10 practice firm valuations or equivalent team or 1-2 years industry experience.
• Strong financial modelling, budgeting, and strategic planning skills.
• Experience of management reporting and explanation of key drivers of variances.
• An ambitious self-starter with experience working within a finance department.
• Strong systems skills, particularly Microsoft Excel and ideally Power BI/Tableau.
