📢 We're Hiring: Senior Data Analyst – UK Retail Banking 📍 Location: Milton Keynes, UK 💼 Duration: 12 Months Fixed Term 💰 Salary: £60,000–£70,000 per annum 🏦 Client Domain: Banking 🏢 Work Mode: Hybrid – 3 Days per Week in Office ⏳ Experience: 8+ Years 🔍 Role Overview We are looking for an experienced Senior Data Analyst with strong expertise in UK Retail Banking, data analytics, ETL processes, and data mapping. The ideal candidate will have excellent SQL skills, hands-on AWS data lake experience, and the ability to translate complex business requirements into functional and technical specifications. ✅ Key Responsibilities & Required Skills

• Strong experience in data analytics, specifically within UK Retail Banking.
• Excellent understanding of ETL processes and data integration.
• Proven experience creating Source-to-Target Mapping (STTM) documents.
• Expert-level SQL skills and proficiency in Python or R for data manipulation.
• Hands-on experience with AWS data lake services, including Amazon S3, Athena, Redshift, and Glue.
• Strong understanding of retail banking systems, data structures, business rules, and data flows.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and document data requirements.
• Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications.
• Conduct data discovery sessions and workshops to identify data dependencies.
• Demonstrate strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills. ⭐ Good to Have
• Experience analysing loyalty programmes and rewards ecosystems.
