We are looking for a detail-oriented Leisure Booking Coordinator to assist clients with researching and coordinating leisure-related reservations and services. This role involves understanding individual preferences, reviewing available options, and helping organize arrangements from initial request through confirmation. • Gather information regarding client preferences and requests
• Research available accommodations, activities, transportation, and related options
• Assist with coordinating booking arrangements
• Review reservation information for accuracy
• Communicate confirmations and important details to clients
• Assist with adjustments, modifications, and special requests
• Maintain organized booking records and client information
• Follow up when additional information is required
• Communicate with suppliers and service providers as needed
