Scrum Master

We are seeking a Senior Scrum Master. You will own Scrum delivery for one squad in a large, multi-squad programme, helping the team plan reliably, estimate consistently and keep Jira as the source of truth. Based on-site in Hong Kong, you will connect local stakeholders with distributed engineers across regions. Responsibilities

• Lead the full Scrum cycle, keeping ceremonies focused, time-boxed and outcome-driven
• Coach the Product Owner and team to improve user stories, acceptance criteria and backlog readiness
• Establish and sustain consistent story point estimation to support reliable forecasting
• Improve sprint predictability by analysing carry-over, scope and delivery trends
• Maintain accurate Jira workflows, statuses and reporting to reflect real progress
• Remove impediments, manage cross-squad dependencies and align with other delivery leads
• Provide clear updates on outcomes, risks and issues to EPAM leadership and client stakeholders
• Act as the on-site bridge between Hong Kong stakeholders and distributed team members Requirements
• Scrum Mastery in software delivery teams, including facilitating core Scrum events
• Agile and Scrum knowledge, including practical coaching and continuous improvement
• Jira capability, including boards, sprints, filters and reporting
• Confluence knowledge for documentation and ways of working
• Estimation expertise, including story points and building predictable team velocity
• Distributed team experience across time zones and multi-vendor environments
• English fluency, written and spoken
• Cantonese is a must Nice to have
