Technical System Analyst

About the Role We are looking for a Technical System Analyst to lead system design, guide developers, and ensure the successful delivery of scalable, high-quality software solutions. This role combines technical leadership, system analysis, solution architecture, and team mentoring within an Agile environment. Key Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions and system designs.
• Lead architecture, system design, API design, and database modeling activities.
• Assign and manage development tasks, ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes.
• Mentor and coach developers on coding standards, best practices, and problem-solving.
• Conduct design and code reviews to maintain performance, security, and maintainability.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, QA, and DevOps teams throughout the SDLC.
• Support testing, deployment, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement initiatives. Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in software development, system analysis, or technical leadership.
• Strong experience in system design, architecture, and full SDLC delivery.
• Proficiency in React.js, Golang, Node.js, SQL, and API integration.
• Experience with database design, system integration, Git, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Good understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Strong leadership, communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills. Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Knowledge of Microservices, Docker, Kubernetes, and modern API design.
