At PiEEG, our mission is simple yet radical: make neuroscience as accessible as opening a browser tab, conversing with an AI, or building a project in an afternoon. In just the past year, our lean engineering team has shipped:

• PiEEG-Agent & Buddy: Plain-English AI chat powered by your live brain data.
• cloud.pieeg.com: Real-time in-browser EEG streaming—zero drivers, zero Python, zero setup.
• Next-Gen Hardware: 8- to 32-channel devices, including Octopus 16—a wireless 16-channel EEG board the size of a coin.
• Cross-Platform Bio-Data: Live brain, muscle, heart, eye, and motion tracking in Meta Quest, PICO, and mobile (an industry first).
• BCI in Action: Brain-controlled robotic grippers, maze navigation via EEG coherence, and mind-powered penalty shootouts.
• 1020 Academy & bioIDE: Learn brain-computer interfaces directly by coding against your own neural signals.
• PiEEG on Kaggle: Open notebooks and datasets, with our inaugural competition dropping soon. We are fully committed to open source: 17 repositories, ~2.5k GitHub stars, a global community across 80+ countries, and citations in 11+ peer-reviewed papers. We believe we are the fastest-growing BCI community in the world. The Opportunity We are engineers who build relentlessly. Now, we need a strategic partner to take PiEEG beyond where engineering alone can carry it. This role blends Growth, Marketing, Sales, Strategic Partnerships, and Investor Relations. More than a rigid job title, this is an evolving leadership role that will scale alongside the company. Who You Are
• Passionate: You have a genuine drive for bioscience, neuroscience, or AI—something you've actively engaged with, not just read about.
• Proven Operator: You have real-world experience growing a product, driving sales, scaling a community, or closing a funding round.
• Fast Learner: You can digest our extensive documentation, codebase, and history, hitting the ground running.
• AI-Fluent: You leverage AI as an multiplier for strategic thinking and decision-making, not a substitute for original thought.
