Digital Thread and Integration PMO

We are looking for a proactive and technically oriented Digital Thread & Integration PMO to support project coordination, governance and delivery across complex engineering IT environments. Job Title: Digital Thread & Integration PMO Location: London,UK Experience: 3–7 Years Domain: Digital Engineering / Engineering IT / System Integration Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate Digital Thread and system integration initiatives across multiple applications and teams.
• Maintain project plans, milestones, dependencies, risks, issues and action trackers.
• Coordinate technical workshops and meetings with architects, engineering teams, vendors and suppliers.
• Track integration roadmaps, deliverables and implementation plans.
• Prepare project status reports, management presentations and steering committee updates.
• Maintain project documentation, decisions, technical requirements and governance records.
• Proactively identify blockers and drive actions to closure. Required Skills
• 3–7 years of experience in PMO, IT Project Coordination or Technical Project Management.
• Experience in complex IT projects involving multiple applications and stakeholders.
• Good understanding of system integration concepts, interfaces and application dependencies.
• Strong planning, organisational, documentation and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Microsoft Project.
• Fluent professional English. Good to Have
• Exposure to Digital Thread or Digital Engineering initiatives.
• Knowledge of PLM, ALM, MBSE or Requirements Management.
• Familiarity with Teamcenter, IBM ELM/DOORS, REST APIs or OSLC.
• Experience in Aerospace & Defence, Manufacturing or other engineering-intensive industries.
• Experience coordinating multiple vendors or system integrators.
