Materials Coordinator

🚨 WE'RE HIRING | MATERIAL COORDINATOR – ABERDEEN 🚨 We're looking for an experienced Material Coordinator to support subsea operations and project delivery in Aberdeen. This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive, organised professional with strong SAP and materials management experience to play a key role in coordinating subsea equipment, materials and logistics, ensuring operational readiness and timely delivery. 🔧 Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate mobilisation of subsea equipment, tools and materials.
• Manage material tracking, inventory, reservations and material movements.
• Maintain accurate SAP records and ensure high standards of data quality.
• Liaise with suppliers, logistics providers, workshops and operational teams.
• Monitor equipment availability, maintenance status, certification and mobilisation readiness.
• Follow up on supplier deliveries and resolve logistical challenges.
• Identify and escalate risks relating to equipment availability, delivery schedules and material data.
• Support SAP transition and stabilisation activities.
• Provide regular progress reports and status updates.
• Ensure compliance with HSE, quality and operational requirements. ✅ What We're Looking For:
• Extensive experience in SAP materials management and logistics.
• Experience in equipment tracking, inventory management, material movements and master data.
• Understanding of subsea equipment and offshore operational requirements.
• Experience working within large-scale projects or operational environments.
• Strong analytical, organisational and communication skills.
• A structured, proactive and delivery-focused approach.
• Fluent in written and spoken English. Desirable experience:
• Subsea, drilling, wells or offshore project experience.
• Supplier and logistics provider coordination.
• SAP transition projects.
• Power BI, Excel and operational reporting.
