Sourcing Manager

Sourcing Manager 📍 London | Hybrid (3 days onsite) 💷 £40,000-£50,000 + Benefits RBW Consulting is supporting a leading healthcare organisation undergoing significant growth and transformation. We're looking for a number of Sourcing Managers to join a newly expanding procurement function and play a key role in shaping sourcing strategy, supplier performance, and commercial value across the business. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys building stakeholder relationships, negotiating supplier agreements, and driving procurement best practice within a scientific, healthcare, laboratory, pharmaceutical, or regulated environment. What You'll Be Doing

• Lead sourcing activities across a variety of indirect and scientific categories
• Manage supplier negotiations and commercial agreements
• Deliver cost-saving and value-generation initiatives
• Partner with business stakeholders to understand procurement requirements
• Support tendering, supplier selection, and contract management processes
• Build strong relationships with internal teams and external suppliers
• Drive procurement governance, compliance, and continuous improvement activities
• Contribute to the development of a growing procurement function What We're Looking For
• Experience in procurement, sourcing, category management, or supplier management
• Proven ability to negotiate contracts and supplier agreements
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Experience working within a regulated industry such as life sciences, healthcare, pharmaceuticals, diagnostics, manufacturing, or laboratory services
• Commercially minded with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously Desirable
• Scientific, healthcare, laboratory, diagnostics, or pharmaceutical industry experience
• CIPS qualification (or working towards)
