Senior React Developer

Senior Frontend Developer (React/TypeScript) Location: Remote Duration: 6 Months Rate: £300 per day IR35: Inside IR35 The Opportunity We are currently seeking a Senior Software Development Engineer to join a collaborative and innovative engineering team responsible for delivering modern web applications used across the construction industry. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on a large-scale React platform, contributing to new feature development, technical enhancements, performance improvements, codebase modernisation, and framework upgrades. You'll play a key role in delivering high-quality software while helping shape the future direction of the product. The successful candidate will be a hands-on engineer with strong React expertise, a passion for clean code, and experience working within complex enterprise environments. What You'll Be Doing

• Developing and maintaining high-quality web applications using React and TypeScript
• Delivering new features and functionality across an established product suite
• Improving performance, scalability and user experience
• Refactoring existing code and supporting application modernisation initiatives
• Contributing to framework, library and dependency upgrades
• Building reusable, maintainable and well-tested components
• Integrating frontend applications with backend APIs and services
• Investigating and resolving complex technical issues
• Participating in code reviews and promoting engineering best practices
• Collaborating closely with Product, Design, QA and Engineering teams
• Supporting continuous improvement across development processes and tooling Skills & Experience Required
• Strong commercial experience building web applications with React and TypeScript
