Sectora Group has just celebrated its first anniversary, growing from humble beginnings into a talented and experienced team of six. Following a fantastic first year, we're now looking for an entrepreneurial Technology recruitment leader to join us and play a pivotal role in shaping our next chapter. Technology is one of our three core growth areas, alongside Finance and Executive Search. We've already established the foundations of our Technology recruitment offering, particularly within contract, and we're now looking for someone to build and lead the division as we scale. We're also fortunate to have Tom Glanfield, founder of LHi Group, backing Sectora as an investor and Non-Executive Director. Having built an internationally successful recruitment group spanning the UK, Europe and US, including the Technology recruitment brand Lawrence Harvey, Tom brings invaluable experience in scaling specialist recruitment businesses and creating opportunities for the people who help build them. Our ambition extends across the UK, EMEA and US. This isn't about inheriting a large team or stepping into a traditional management position. It's about having the freedom to shape a strategy, win and develop client relationships, build a high-performing team and create a significant, profitable business. We're looking for someone who:

• Has a strong track record in Technology recruitment, including personal billing and business development.
• Has experience leading and developing people, or is ready to take that next step.
• Understands the opportunities across permanent and contract recruitment.
• Is commercially ambitious, entrepreneurial and excited by international growth.
• Wants to contribute to the wider direction of a growing, people-first business. We're structuring a long-term incentive structure that gives the right person a genuine stake in the success they help create.
