We're partnering with a rapidly growing, technology-led financial services business looking to expand its Validation team in London. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Validation Specialist, Verification Specialist or Customer Operations professional to join a high-performing team responsible for reviewing and validating customer documentation, ensuring data accuracy and supporting a seamless customer journey. The Role As a Validation Specialist, you'll play a key role in reviewing customer information and documentation to ensure accuracy, compliance and smooth policy processing. Working closely with customer-facing and operational teams, you'll be responsible for validating customer submissions, resolving queries and ensuring all checks are completed efficiently and accurately. This is a high-volume environment where quality and speed are equally important. Responsibilities

• Reviewing and validating customer documentation against internal systems and records
• Checking information for completeness, accuracy and consistency
• Processing a high volume of validation cases while maintaining excellent attention to detail
• Speaking with customers by phone and email when additional information is required
• Resolving validation-related queries and supporting customers throughout the process
• Recording outcomes accurately and maintaining clear audit trails
• Escalating potential concerns through the appropriate channels
• Working collaboratively with Operations, Customer Care and Compliance teams
• Identifying opportunities to improve processes and customer experience About You You'll have previous experience working within a validation, verification, compliance, onboarding or customer operations environment where accuracy and productivity are key. • Experience validating documentation and customer information
• Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
• Experience working within structured processes and compliance requirements
• Confidence managing high case volumes and working towards service targets
• Strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach
• The ability to identify inconsistencies and resolve issues effectively
• Experience handling sensitive customer information Nice to Have
• Experience within a regulated financial services environment
• Motor insurance experience
• KYC, AML or Customer Due Diligence experience
• Experience working with CRM or case management systems
• Process improvement or quality assurance exposure What We're Looking For This role would suit someone who enjoys the operational side of validation and verification.
