Creative Designer

🎨 We're Hiring on behalf of our client: Creative Designer! Are you a talented Creative Designer with a passion for retail, print, and pattern? Our client is looking for an innovative designer to join their dynamic Graphics team on a 9 month Fixed Term Contract based at their Liverpool head office. In this role, you will bring trend-led, customer-focused product and packaging designs to life while ensuring full compliance with brand and regulatory guidelines. What You'll Be Doing:

• Managing design requests across the category, ensuring everything hits critical path deadlines and meets high product standards.
• Developing sample artwork and prototypes for products and packaging ready for sign-off.
• Crafting production-ready artwork aligned with style guides and compliance standards.
• Collaborating closely with buyers, suppliers, and product approval specialists to resolve design queries.
• Conducting market research, competitor shopping, and trend analysis to shape upcoming style guides.
• Supporting, coaching, and mentoring junior designers within the team. What They Are Looking For:
• Proven experience in a Graphic or Packaging Design role (ideally within a retail product environment).
• A degree in design or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong proficiency using the Adobe Suite.
• Commercially astute with a sharp eye for detail and strong customer focus.
