Technical Deployment Lead - Global Tech

Technical Deployment Lead An exciting opportunity to join a global technology organisation delivering innovative workplace collaboration solutions across its international offices.This role is ideal for an experienced technical deployment professional with a background in AV, video conferencing and workplace technology installations, who enjoys coordinating complex deployments across multiple locations. Location: King's Cross, London – 100% onsite Salary: £81,000+ per annum Travel: Approximately 50% across EMEA and APAC Contract: 12 months Key responsibilities:

• Coordinate end-to-end AV deployments, room refreshes, technical upgrades and commissioning activities across multiple sites.
• Manage deployment schedules, vendor timelines, site readiness checklists and installation sequencing.
• Track project progress, risks, blockers and dependencies, escalating issues where required.
• Coordinate with IT, facilities, security, workplace teams and external vendors to ensure delivery.
• Support procurement activities, including purchase orders, equipment tracking and delivery verification.
• Maintain deployment trackers, technical documentation, site inventories and commissioning records.
• Coordinate technical requirements for production and event spaces, ensuring testing, operational readiness and successful handover.
• Facilitate project stand-ups, manage competing priorities and provide clear progress updates to stakeholders. What you'll bring:
• 5+ years' experience in project coordination, program delivery or technical deployments.
• Hands-on experience with AV and video conferencing installations, room builds, refresh cycles and commissioning.
• Experience coordinating vendors, contractors, equipment logistics and site access.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple deployments simultaneously.
• Excellent communication skills and confidence working with cross-functional and senior stakeholders.
• Ability to work across international time zones, with a primary focus on EMEA and secondary support for APAC.
