IT Support Specialist - Temporary

Temporary IT Operations Specialist | London (Hybrid) Handle are currently working with a fast-growing consumer brand looking for an IT Operations Specialist to join their expanding team. This is a great opportunity for someone with 2-4 years' IT support experience who wants to go beyond the traditional service desk, take ownership of IT operations and get involved in wider technology projects. What you'll be doing:

• Providing hands-on IT support across Mac, Windows and mobile devices.
• Managing employee onboarding, offboarding and device provisioning.
• Administering user accounts, permissions and access across business systems.
• Supporting Google Workspace, Microsoft 365 and device management platforms.
• Troubleshooting technical issues and managing support tickets.
• Improving IT processes, maintaining documentation and supporting wider projects.
• Ensuring meeting rooms and AV equipment are ready to use and resolving technical issues as they arise.
• Getting involved in wider IT projects, system implementations and process improvements as the business grows

Candidate requirements:

• 2-4 years' experience in IT Support or IT Operations.
• Hands-on experience supporting both Mac and Windows.
• Experience with an MDM platform such as Jamf or Intune.
• Knowledge of Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 administration.
• Strong communication skills and a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
• Familiarity with IT service management and ticketing systems.
