IT Systems Engineer

Contract - IT Systems Engineer - Edinburgh Change Digital are recruiting on behalf of our leading technology company an IT Systems Engineer to join a fast-paced, technology-driven organisation on an initial 3-month contract, with potential for extension. You'll play a key role in supporting and enhancing a modern Apple-focused environment, providing 2nd and 3rd line support, mentoring junior IT staff, and helping deliver a range of infrastructure projects, upgrades, and office relocation activities. Key skills and experience:

• Strong commercial experience managing MacOS and iOS environments
• Apple device management experience, ideally Jamf Pro
• Proven background in 2nd/3rd line support
• Google Workspace administration experience
• Corporate network and WiFi management expertise
• Knowledge of scripting (BASH/Shell) advantageous
• Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on Systems Engineer who enjoys combining operational support, project delivery, and continuous improvement within a collaborative team environment.
