You'll own the strategy and full lifecycle of core Web3 products — from architecture definition through to launch and effect verification — in an environment where the ability to form independent directional judgements is not optional. In 12 months, you'll have shipped products that move measurable metrics, made strategic calls that held up under scrutiny, and built a working system for translating on-chain and off-chain signals into product decisions before the market catches up. What you'll do

• Own the strategy and full lifecycle of core Web3 products — define architecture, shape core modules, and stay accountable through launch and post-launch iteration
• Identify high-value on-chain and off-chain scenarios from both business and user perspectives; translate complex protocol mechanics into competitive, buildable product solutions
• Lead cross-functional delivery: integrate internal and external resources, drive execution from design to launch, and verify outcomes against the original product thesis
• Track industry trends and technological shifts with enough depth to form independent directional views — and make strategic decisions without waiting for consensus What you'll bring Non-negotiables
• Has owned the full product lifecycle of a Web3 product end-to-end — from architecture definition through post-launch iteration; can articulate the strategic bets made, what shipped, and what the data showed
• Deep working knowledge of on-chain assets, trading mechanics, and protocol design — able to abstract product logic from complex on-chain and off-chain business scenarios without needing it explained
• Has driven cross-functional projects to delivery independently — aligns engineering, business, and operations stakeholders and pushes through without needing a senior PM to clear the path
• Forms independent product direction judgements: reads market shifts early, spots opportunity in the noise, and commits to a forward-looking strategy before it becomes obvious Bonus
• Systematic knowledge of the broader Web3 ecosystem beyond a single vertical — DeFi, infrastructure, wallets, or emerging protocols
• Track record of making strategic product calls in fast-moving market conditions where the right answer wasn't clear at the time
