UX Designer

We are supporting a growing international technology business in its search for a talented UX Designer with strong user research capabilities to join its international team. This is an exciting opportunity for a creative, user-focused designer who enjoys combining research, strategic thinking and hands-on design to develop intuitive and engaging digital experiences. You will take ownership of the end-to-end UX design process, from understanding user needs and conducting research to creating polished, development-ready designs across web and mobile products. Working closely with designers, product managers and developers, you will have the opportunity to influence product decisions, solve meaningful design challenges and contribute directly to the development of innovative digital products. What You'll Be Doing

• End-to-End UX Design: Lead the UX design process across web and mobile products, from initial discovery and concept development through to final delivery.
• User Research: Plan and conduct user interviews, surveys and usability testing to understand user behaviours, validate assumptions and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Wireframing & Prototyping: Create user journeys, wireframes, interactive prototypes and high-fidelity designs that balance usability, functionality and visual appeal.
• Data-Driven Design: Use research findings, user feedback and product analytics to inform design decisions and continuously improve the user experience.
• Design Systems: Contribute to and maintain design systems, component libraries and style guides to ensure consistency across digital products.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, developers and fellow designers to deliver intuitive, accessible and technically feasible solutions.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify usability challenges, iterate on designs and support A/B testing initiatives where appropriate.
• Stakeholder Communication: Present design concepts and recommendations clearly, explaining the reasoning behind key design decisions. What We're Looking For
• Preferably 3+ years of professional experience as a UX Designer, Product Designer or in a similar role.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating user-centred design, creative problem-solving and ownership of end-to-end UX projects.
• Proficiency in Figma and Adobe XD, including wireframing, prototyping and high-fidelity design.
• Practical experience conducting user research, interviews, surveys and usability testing.
• Strong understanding of UX principles, interaction design, information architecture and accessibility standards.
• Experience using user feedback, research findings and analytics to influence design decisions.
• Strong visual design skills, attention to detail and a passion for creating intuitive digital experiences.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication, presentation, organisational and problem-solving skills.
• A proactive, curious and user-focused mindset. Considered an advantage:
• Experience with A/B testing and experimentation.
• Familiarity with product analytics and user behaviour analysis.
• Experience developing or contributing to design systems.
