Data Migration Test Manager

This is a hybrid role requiring 2-3 days on site in London Nagarro is a global digital engineering and AI transformation company, helping organisations become more adaptive and digital-first through technology, data and AI. In the UK, our data capability is strengthened by FWD View, our specialist financial services data consultancy. Together, we bring deep expertise across data transformation, data governance, data quality, architecture, cloud data platforms, analytics, data security and test data management, working with complex and highly regulated organisations. We're looking for an experienced Data Migration Test Manager to join Nagarro and support a major transformation programme within a complex financial services environment. This is a hands-on role focused on ensuring data migrations are properly planned, tested, validated and successfully delivered. You'll work across technology, data and business teams, helping establish robust migration and testing practices across multiple workstreams. What you'll be doing

• Own and coordinate data migration testing and validation across the migration lifecycle
• Define and execute testing approaches covering migration, reconciliation, data quality and post-migration validation
• Support data mapping and transformation between source and target systems
• Identify data issues, investigate root causes and coordinate remediation
• Work closely with technical teams, SMEs and business stakeholders to ensure migrated data meets agreed quality standards
• Support cutover planning, migration execution and runbook management
• Coordinate testing and validation across interconnected systems
• Maintain clear documentation, requirements and RAID items
• Help establish repeatable data migration frameworks, controls and best practices
• Conduct post-migration reviews and identify improvements for future migrations What we're looking for
• Strong experience in data migration testing, ideally within large-scale transformation programmes
• Experience managing or leading testing activities across complex migration workstreams
• Strong understanding of ETL, data transformation, mapping, reconciliation and validation
• Good SQL skills and experience working with database technologies
• Experience with ETL or migration tooling such as Informatica, Talend, SSIS, AWS DMS or Azure Data Migration Service
• Strong understanding of Data Quality, Data Governance and Data Remediation
• Experience working with large and complex datasets
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to investigate data issues through to root cause
• Confidence working across technical, data and business stakeholder groups
• Experience within banking or financial services would be highly desirable Nice to have Experience with tools such as Alteryx, Denodo, Power Query, Power BI or Tableau, alongside JIRA or ServiceNow. Location: London
