Proposition Manager

Job Title: Client Proposition Manager Location: Wimborne, BH21 Salary: £60,000-£80,000 + bonus Service Care are delighted to be working with a rapidly expanding wealth management firm as they look to appoint a Client Proposition Manager. This is a new created role that will sit within the Senior Leadership Team, with plenty of autonomy to make the role your own. What you will be doing:

• Identifying and targeting propositions for key clients
• Developing and implementing client propositions and service structure
• Leading the improvement of client experience and client segmentation
• Supporting with integration and continuous development of services
• Utilising Salesforce using workflows, management information and reviews
• Liaising with different levels of people within the business including directors and advisors What you will have:
• Experience with building and developing proposition for businesses
• Experience with Saleforce or similar systems
• Experience within Wealth Management or Financial Services would be highly desirable but no essential.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage your own workload In return you will receive:
• Base Salary £60,000 - £80,000
