• At least 12 months' experience in a protection advisory role.
• CeMAP or a recognised protection qualification, such as R05. This is essential.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Strong organisation, with a proactive approach to follow-ups and managing your own pipeline.
• The drive to convert opportunities into completed business without compromising the quality of advice. Your day-to-day
• Advising referred clients on life insurance, critical illness cover, income protection and family protection.
• Carrying out thorough fact-finds and recommending suitable cover.
• Managing your pipeline and keeping clients informed through the advice process.
• Working closely with our mortgage advisers to deliver a smooth client experience.
• Keeping accurate records and making sure all advice meets regulatory and compliance standards. What we offer
