Business Analyst - Integrations specialist Initial 6 month contract Outside IR35 Up to £500/day Remote Our client, a luxury retail brand, are in need of Business Analyst/Product Owner. The role is a little different from a traditional Business Analyst position. They operate with a very lean team, so they need someone who can naturally bridge the gap between the business and technology. Rather than simply gathering requirements and process mapping, they're looking for someone who can help shape solutions, work closely with developers, understand technical integrations, and take on elements of a Product Owner role. Required experience: Technical Business Analysis experience, particularly around API integrations, system integrations and data flows. Strong e-commerce experience Experience working closely with development teams, challenging technical solutions, and being involved in troubleshooting or understanding technical integrations. Ideally experience acting as a Product Owner, or having effectively performed or shadowed Product Owner responsibilities alongside your BA role. Experience writing user stories, acceptance criteria and working in Agile delivery teams. Experience working in fast-paced, lean environments, where you've had to take ownership and help shape solutions rather than just document requirements. For the initial project, you'll be supporting is a key digital system integration. The project includes: Returns & exchanges solutions. Integration between internal system and courier partners.
