Junior Project Manager

Location: Hybrid UK Salary: £30,000-£40,000 + Benefits We're looking for an ambitious Junior Project Manager to join a growing pharmaceutical business and support the delivery of key projects across Regulatory, Supply Chain, Quality, Commercial, and Operations. This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their project management career who wants exposure to product launches, supply chain initiatives, business transformation projects, and cross-functional stakeholder management within a highly regulated environment. What You'll Do

• Coordinate and track project plans, timelines, risks, and actions.
• Support cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within scope.
• Organise project meetings, maintain documentation, and provide progress updates.
• Help drive product launches, change initiatives, and operational improvement projects.
• Identify risks, resolve issues, and ensure key milestones are achieved. What We're Looking For
• 1-3 years' experience in project coordination or project management.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.
• A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with excellent attention to detail. Desirable
• Experience within pharmaceuticals, healthcare, life sciences, or another regulated industry.
• Knowledge of GMP, GDP, or pharmaceutical operations.
• PRINCE2, CAPM, Agile, or similar project management qualification. Why Join Us?
