📍 Kingston upon Thames 💰 £47,000 OTE (£42,000 base + £5,000 performance bonus) 🕒 Full-time | Includes weekends, evenings & bank holidays Ready to lead one of Kingston's most exciting entertainment venues? Urban Fun Kingston is looking for an experienced, commercially minded General Manager to take ownership of our busy family entertainment and hospitality venue. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves delivering exceptional customer experiences, and has a proven track record of driving commercial performance. About the Role As General Manager, you'll have full responsibility for the day-to-day operation, performance and ongoing development of the venue. You'll lead from the front, inspire your team, and use commercial insight to maximise revenue, control costs and deliver outstanding guest experiences. Key Responsibilities ✅ Drive revenue and profitability across arcade, attractions, food & beverage, parties and events ✅ Lead, coach and develop a high-performing team ✅ Manage budgets, labour costs, stock control and operational KPIs ✅ Deliver exceptional customer experiences and maintain high service standards ✅ Ensure compliance with health & safety, food safety and licensing requirements ✅ Analyse performance data and implement improvement plans ✅ Build strong relationships with customers, suppliers and support teams ✅ Oversee venue operations, including opening and closing responsibilities About You We're looking for an ambitious leader who combines strong operational management with commercial awareness. You'll ideally have: ✔ 5+ years' experience in hospitality, leisure, retail, entertainment or venue management ✔ Experience managing budgets, sales targets and operational costs ✔ Strong leadership and people management skills ✔ A passion for customer service and creating memorable experiences ✔ Excellent communication, problem-solving and decision-making abilities ✔ Knowledge of health & safety and hospitality operations ✔ Confidence using Microsoft 365 and digital reporting tools Experience within family entertainment centres, amusement arcades or leisure venues is advantageous but not essential.
