CRM Strategy Lead Chertsey, Surrey | Hybrid £482 Per Day Our client is a leading global technology brand who are looking for an experienced CRM Strategy Lead to drive direct-to-consumer (D2C) growth, customer engagement and personalised marketing across Europe. This is a strategic, high-impact role where you'll shape customer programmes across digital channels, using data, insights and marketing technology to improve sales, retention and customer lifetime value. Key Responsibilities Lead the European customer strategy and roadmap across owned and paid channels. Develop customer programmes that drive sales, retention, cross-selling and repeat purchases. Champion cross-channel personalisation across web, email, apps, social and other digital touchpoints. Build data-led business cases to launch and scale new marketing innovations. Partner with senior stakeholders across Europe and global headquarters. Manage agency partners and drive adoption of customer programmes across multiple markets. What We're Looking For

• 10yrs+ experience in Customer and Digital Marketing in data-driven organisations
• Strong experience within Owned and Digital channels
• Strong analytics skills to translate data and insights into growth strategies
• Effective story-telling by creating simple and clear narratives to build business cases and gain leadership buy-in
• Adept at operating at both a Strategic level at the same time as driving action and getting into the detail
• Integrated Campaign Management tool experience; working knowledge of Adobe Marketing Cloud, especially Adobe Campaign, Adobe Experience Platform, Adobe Target & Adobe Audience Manager
